Each decade seems like it had something to rely on for a soul- 60's had Vietnam and drugs, sex, etc...70's had partially that, then the gas crisis. 80's had...err...well, people hitting 40 from the 60's...the 90's, not sure, maybe school shootings, societal disarray, AIDS, etc.

What do the 2000's have? All the same crud from previous decades...well, plus a slight recession too.

all that they have today is the internet and people killing each other and blaming it on video games! not much to base a song on...
