If this were to happen, they're not going to fix anything. They're going to cut their losses and either: A)shut down iSRO, because its a dead end or B)license it to another company.

B) is unlikely because, that other company will want to know the condition of the game. First they will see its impossible to log in, then they will do third hand research( after joymax says "This game is Very popular"), eventually, realizing the game is 2/3 gold bots. finally they will get the word out that Isro is a lost cause because: 1) no more revenue and 2)terrible community.

If you want the game to get events and Updates, then buy silk. Silk funds the game, I am thankful for every Legit Ex-Silkbuyer and Current Silkbuyer, because they after the dawn and persistence of Item mall were the backbone.

They have to Finance Updates (Pay the programmers/translator)
They have to Finance Events (Pay the programmers/translators)
They have to keep servers up (Pay for servers and bandwidth)
The can ban botters but ATM won't because the community has become complacent with the current situation.

If you want this game to get better then here is the things you and every other Anti-Silk person out there should advocate:

1. The END of Gold Buying. Gold buyers are NOT legit, they fuel GOLD BOTS, which, CLOG, FILL, and STRANGLE servers. This prevents MANY new people from actually playing the game, First off they can't log in and if they do its a struggle (Unless they live in a good TimeZone like PST). Then when they do log in they're tormented by and Army of ADFGDGFD who keep ksing everything in sight. They go, "Oh this game is shyt" then they quit.
2. The END of botting. i don't care how deluded you are, BOTTERS IN THE LONG RUN CANNOT (when comparisons are equal) AND WILL NOT EVER BRING MORE REVENUE TO JOYMAX THAN LEGITS. Botting is an ineffective way to grind unless its done 24/7, meaning the bot NVR or should i say RARELY logs out, unless d/c. MOST botters (as the EB section can attest to) Multiclient with clientless SEVERAL GOLD BOTS, which CLOGS THE SERVER! Take down 1 player bot and you take down 10 - 100 clientless gold bots!
3. Stop the BS: "its just a game, i don't care how other people play it, duuuuuur" That statement is the biggest pile of BS ever spewed on a Gaming forum EVER. BOTTING HAS NVR been an ALTERNATIVE to hand grinding in ANY OTHER MMO except SILKROAD ONLINE, and guess what: IT DIDN'T FCKING START LIKE THAT! botters were shunned, stigmatized, NOT ACCEPTED! then one care-bear asshat decided that he/she doesn't care if people bot and let them in their guild. BEFORE LONG THE ENTIRE GUILD WAS FULL OF BOTTERS! then they guild broke up, and the botters spread like WILDFIRE! Spreading as FAR AS IT COULD REACH! It turned SILK ROAD ONLINE into BOT ROAD ONLINE. Thankfully there are still numerous players on SRF, Venus, Hera, and Odin whom still want the Good LEGIT DAYS BACK (YEAH THESE DAYS EXISTED) and are doing everything to STOP this vile disease from KILLING THE GAME.
4. LAST BUT NOT LEAST: SRF IS NOT MOSTLY BOTTER, 3/4 of this forum DOESN'T PLAY SRO ANYMORE! <OMGZ so stop with "the banning botters kill forum, duuuur" and the "Joymax nvr ban player bots, duuur" Trust me and any one else who tells you: They do ban bots, doesn't matter if you buy silk or not.

That's ALL it takes, it is incredibly hard, but unlike boycotting silk this will have definitive ADVANTAGES TO BOTH JOYMAX AND PLAYERS.

First off I didn't post the message in this forum it got MOVED here so get a CLUE barotix.
So obviously some one thought that this IS the right forum. So stop bitching at me.

Either one of those two options you have mentioned is BETTER then the way that
Joymax is currently running the servers. Maybe they should either

A)shut down iSRO, because its a dead end or B)license it to another company.

Maybe if they licensed it to some one else they can run the game properly and
give proper support and actually listen to its players. Obviously Joymax doesn't
give a shit. Shutting it down would not be a bad thing if Joymax is going to
continue to run things the way they are right now.

FYI If they license it to another company the other company sets up Thier OWN
servers. I have seen MMO games licensed out to other companies before
and the company sets up their OWN servers with their own version of the game
and control the game how they wish. So It could be run a LOT different and a
lot better.

The licensing just means that they are able to run the software on their servers
legally. But it would NOT be joymax in control of the servers. There could be revenue
if they got control of the gold bot issue which is using up most of their
resources. The gold bots are eating up CPU time and bandwidth and login spots
from actual players. You wonder why Joymax isn't making money that is why. They
are having to install new servers and more bandwith all the time to cover all the
bots that are on the servers and eating up money and resources. If they get
rid of this things would be better for the players and lower cost for Joymax.

Don't buy silk from Joymax till they straight up and start to do something
about the problem it is the only way that Joymax WILL do something and shows
Joymax that the players are serious in their protest against the bots and
that the players can not be ignored any longer. Again the gold bots and
ALL other botters need to be banned.

Until Joymax gets that message nothing will get done about the bots and
the only way to do that is the hold back buying anything from the item
mall and not support them till they do something about the bot problem.

Until you stop buying items from the item mall Joymax is NOT going to
do anything to stop the gold spammers in town or the gold bots or the
rest of the botters clogging this server how come you can't see that?

You are complaining about the gold bots but don't see that Joymax
isn't going to do anything till the players protest harder and stop
buying stuff from the Item Mall and send a clear message to Joymax
to do something about this problem instead of ignoring its players
like they have currently done up to now.

Stand up and start to do something and boycott the Item Mall till
Joymax does something to stop this problem!

UNLESS PLAYERS BOYCOTT BUYING SILK then JOYMAX WILL NEVER

is a silkroad "emulator" out there a private server for SRO that is in

The only reason why the gaymax servers are full of "assholes" as you said is
because they do NOTHING to weed people like that out. If Joymax actually
did something to fix the problem and actually address the issues and ban the
gold spammers in town and actually took a proactive stance the server
would not be full of "assholes". The only reason why this has occured is
because Joymax is CLUELESS and CHOSEN NOT to do anything about the problem.

The server run by the RIGHT people could be run properly and have a
good community. This is JOYMAX's fault that the servers are in the

I think that it is nothing more then a coincidence and no proof otherwise
has been presented here to prove otherwise. I doubt that you have that
kind of pull to have Joymax do anything. I think you want to try and take

the game properly! and actually ban the botters and gold spammers

It is JOYMAX'S CHOICE NOT TO DO ANYTHING another company
could take a lot more action and do a lot more. Joymax has
chosen to run their own servers into the ground by doing nothing
and let the problem get this far out of hand.

Another company can take a better stance against botters and actually
ban them. I would rather see joymax sell out a license to some one
else then Joymax continuing to do nothing to stop this.

Yes the community should care how people grind as well if they
are botting then you should care unless of course you are one of
the ones who are botting as well Barotix that is more then
likely the reason why you are taking the stance that you are.
You are more then likely botting secretly.

Joymax isn't cutting any losses infact they continue to
allow the gold buyers on the servers and do nothing to stop
it and the gold bots outside of town continue to killsteal from
all the players.

Joymax isn't doing SHIT about it and this whole bot ban thing
is nothing more then a FARCE they talk a good game but never
do anything about it. They say they are going to do something
to try and calm down the people a bit but never actually do anything
to stop the problem.

Joymax is a shitty company who has no clue how to run this game
properly I would rather see the servers shut down then continue the
way things currently are.

this is usually what u write when u cant log into a server. now send that to joymax instead of flaming in srf.
and u have kinda a lot here, i dont care about the others (cause they were showing the same disrespect for you), but u shouldn't flame at ppl who sren't flaming back at you, aka BlindFire and Barotix. plus Barotix is a mod, and flaming=direspecting, and disrespecting a mod=ban. just simple mathematics .
