How can i unlock a account

a have an account that i dont know why they blocked it and now is blocked for a whole ..... year wat the hell is that ill be dead by that time if you know how to unlock it with a screat way please help am a user on venice lvl 30 - 35 lol

u guys obviously havent read the joymax policies bot= perm ban 1 year ban maybe i think he bought a character of ebay or sumting and then joiymax caught him

can anyone tell me whats happening to my account?
i have a lvl 23 character in oasis but there's no problem with it.
but i have another character lvl 14 in Athene and whenever i log on to that server, i got disconnected.
also the character in troy
can someone tell me whats going on? :(
