Probably a slow chain. The debuffs from force are quicker and i think they have a higher work chance.

Still, i think bicheon/light/cold will be better for pvp

on csro and ksro there is (it may not be lvl90 but its after lvl80)

I dont think he has full Str 5 gear. But he does have a kick ass set. Full SoS +3+. Really potential player we have here.

Much harder to keep yourself up the more you lvl. His whole set is probably worth altogether 200mil or which is just 1 piece of good gear at lvl 80.

Without sword and shield u should have 119% mag balance as well

I have 119% at lvl 18, but I don't have full INT some of my gear only has +2 int so yeah.

120% is max at 80, with only gear, but we don't have the +6 stats from 9D equipment yet. At 90 we will be able to have 120%.

each new char has already 20int and 20str at creation.

I've had a lvl 65, deleveled to 5 before when it wasn't fixed, you could go above 120%. It was fixed around the 70 cap or so...
