I played. We waited outside gamestop till 12 when they opened it was one of the worse lines i've ever been in besides the cold there was just a group of ppl talking about naruto and i left my shank at home so i had to beat my head on the glass and bare it. But then we got it and me and 5 other friends went to a friends house and played it and it was amazing. The wii-mote controls suck ass but if you use the gamecube controller you should be fine. The new characters are mostly awesome but its nice seeing how your old ones got upgraded. BTW prepare for load times that take a couple of seconds, i was shocked and appalled by this cause honestly whens the last time you've seen a Nintendo game load.

Damn straight. Me and 3 of my other friends each got our copies of brawl at midnight and we raced back to a friends house to play it and I must say the game is nothing short of amazing, even though we sucked at it because of the new game mechanics + the loss of older techniques (ie wavedashing, l cancel, etc).

lol ya i got it at launch also. its soo awesome. played for hrs multiplayer. my online is laggy though even though my friend lives a few streets away...i guess its my internet connection.

From what I played, a bunch of nintendo world characters are being turned into trophies, the heroes of various games are trying to stop it, while the villains are trying to collect the trophies.
