Its sad but its true, after being back for 3 days (i was quited for 5-6 months ?) i see that jangan is totally empty, 5 months back there were lots of stalls, where you could buy sox bow for bandit stronghlod farming, same with DW, some folks stalling near storage and thats it. It shows quite clearly that sro has lack of new players.
After being frustrated about goldbots, we decided with my friend to do bot killing. We gathered some lightning thieves and started camping near gates of Jangan. So we killed bots and lots of them. For 4 hours we were frustrated, huge line coming out, legits just sat near us and watch as these hordes of goldbots just die. I noticed that in every 5 minutes there was a freshly made goldbot :// wearing just white garment and 1d glaive ...
Then i thought, thats it, if there will be no hope after bot ban, then bye bye forever, its not a game, its pure joke. Some guys in joymax HQ just wants to crab as much as they can. One thing i
dont understand, goldbots are farming gold for legit players, but legits keeps quiting, so who will buy this huge amount of gp-s ?

HAHA, sro is dying because jangan is empty? Seriously.....sro's map is like...twice the size it was once. When it was just dw, jg and hotan maybe this point would be valid. Just wait till the map extends to fit the islamic race, i think this will be better as it will feel more realistic!

but the reason there isn't as many new players as there should be is obvious, they give up after not being able to log in

A server has 3500 spots.
2800 of these spots are occupied by gold bots, 400 more spots by player bots, 200 more are PvPing/Jobbing and 100 more are handgrinding.
That means that 3200/3500 players are botting on the server. If we take away from the PvPing/Jobbing list the botters, and from the handgrinding list those who can't get their bots to work for some reason, that would leave us with about 50 legits per server, 50 REAL players per server, all the others being machines, and that is pretty damn close to what you consider a dead server.

BHA guilds are levels 2-4, at level 5, I'm sure these guilds will be just as full as the Avalon union guilds are meaning another possible 400 legits if BHA fills.

There are exceptions, such as Venus/Hera/Odin for example, but that's how the situation is on server such as Xian or Mercury for example. Also i am talking about the people CURRENTLY ONLINE, not the people in the guild/union, don't go around telling me that you got 400 legits online all at the same time in your union.

Obviously he cant speak for other servers. I can tell you however, that on Mercury, when the server is full (pretty much always nowadays), it's not unusual to only have one page of parties in party match. This tells you something about the number of humans playing.
