You pretty much hit what I was leading to. It is the subjectivity of certain "advantages" or "disadvantages" that can never be solved.
For example, the swear filter, at first glance, may not give an advantage, but in dire circumstances of communication, it can impair gameplay. I've experienced it myself - in having to pause after my sentence is filtered out just to figure out what I said wrong. That stupid "f u" string is usually the case.
Another would be the Zoom Hack modification. Sure, it allows you to just zoom out really far but from what I heard that's all that it can do. It's a modification of the client, yet, correct me if I'm wrong, there seems to be no advantage in using it. The only possible harm is that this tool is usually clumped with botting, multiclient, etc.
To sum it up: to the farthest levels, we cannot make a sharp dividing line. We'll have to just ignore these minor advantages and disadvantages until they pose as a threat.
