Fortress war bugged in Hera?

I heard that no guilds in Hera could register for fortress war. Could this be true or a bug?

No high lvl guilds yet? I dnno, but you wouldn't even get the gates down in time imo!

vengeance should be lvl 3 by now...have to check lol. we just had some problem with the money :banghead:

ppl keep leaving to join other legit guilds. and since the fw is in 2 weeks now, i hope ppl would grow up and help each other now :love:

anyway,no guild sings up for the war thats why there isnt if i understand good,my gm dont know a sh1t too ^^
