Anyone knows how to solve this pop up bug?

Happend after I accidently activated the introduction quest on euro side. Accepted the quest, but never clicked the last "ok" or "confirm" or whatever and just closed the window at the [x].

So now, whenever I go to a new map area (town teleport, open up the game, scroll), the Guardian Match and the Help window pop ups. After I close them I always get a little notice on the right telling me how the mini-map works .

Getting used to it by now, but would rather see it go away. Reinstalled my SRO but that didn't help and nothing changed after the latest server inspection either.

So if anyone have experienced the same things and managed to solve it, please be so kind to help me out!

Hello, I'm new here
I'm experiencing the same bug. But it's a bit different story here.. When I made a new character and login to the game, I saw that beginner's guide(or whatever you called that...). When I went to general Sonhyeon(?) to speak with him(except for that he is located at the west gates, not south as it was said on a welcome message), I could only choose a tiger competition quest. I couldn't even make a tutorial(how to buy, how to equip, etc). The rest is the same, when I'm leaving the city I get "you're out of village.."... And one more thing, I have [!](Matching guide? Sorry, don't remember) on the right of the screen all the time. Well, lets say it's a bit annoying

Oh, I'm not alone. That is a relief.

Filed in a bug report to Joymax. Suggest you all do too. Came to the conclusion that this can only be fixed from their side. Not that I think they will take pity on a few individuals that play the game, but you never know.

PS: Can't browse their forums too.. When clicking on a thread it redirects to the main page... It's hopeless..

I think I activated it at 18~19, went out grinding and came back after lvl 20 and it was too late. The quest will not work anymore after your nublet leaf is gone.

I know this is ressing a month-old topic, but I have the same problem. I wish I knew if there were some way to resolve it. It's very very annoying.
