Just to be sure dont invest anything now in the char. Just wait some more time, paypalchargeback isnt possible after 70 days but maybe other payment methods. Just keep him and after 6 month u should be 100% safe.

So Dec 21, 2007 + 60 or 70 days just calculate yourself and see if u are safe or not. Cant be so hard.

Re: Charge back...?
To all those who have their hopes up high (for one reason or another) when it comes to chargeback protection:
I did a - non-SRO related - chargeback after 13 months. It really did turn out to be a scam, and my bank did revoke the credit from the merchant.

Re: Charge back...?
But will paypal allow it? Thats my question... the person who used my account bought 400 silk through paypal...
and to answer the question on how I know I have the best set on server is simply because I had the only SOS D7 set in server. Along with the only 60+7 Blade/Shield... but I sold all gear and went back to Troy.
So new question... is it possible if you have a debit card on paypal to still charge-back after 60 days, or no because paypal doesn't allow chargeback after 60 days?

A debit card and a credit card are 2 different things. PayPal's chargeback policies have nothing to do with those of a credit card company (or the the bank that issued the card). If the CCC (or the bank) issues a chargeback, the merchant loses that money. In the case of PayPal, they take away THEIR money in turn. This is clearly stated in their policy (http://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr?cm ... sk-outside)
What I don't understand is who (and how) got their hands on YOUR account.
