Just need a quick answer.

Do we have penalty in +ing items? Example, i m lv 6x, and m trying to get my future set of garments done. lv 64-69. Assume i m just lv 60, do i get any penalty in the success rate for making a lv 69 chest?

Euh.. A lvl 10 fails more on 8th degree then a 6x. I thought JM posted that when they made Astral 8th only for 59+

yup i did said i just ding 60, so i can buy D8 Astral. i was wan to confirm i won;t have penalty plusing a lv 69++ chest. Else i will just get my friends to do it for me since they are 80s.

hmm i +4 all my 8d garment and protector with my lvl 10 staller so ye i dont think theres to much of a differnce also at lvl 10 that stall char hasnt used up all its luck on finding drops yet

It doesnt fail more often. You just need to have your char within 5 lvls of the astral you wish to purchase. BTW dont buy astrals. Shit goes +5 easy enough without them.
