Re: Lunar Eclipse of North & South America (2008)
Was gonna be completely red at 4 am here. Read it in the newspaper, all excited, and I was SO gonna see this.
So I stayed up til 4 am. Camera's ready to make the most brilliant pictures of this rare event, I sneak out of the house into the garden, it's frigging cold but I told myself it was SO worth it.
AND ITS FRIGGING CLOUDLY WTF.

Well you saved yourself a good night of sleep, in Holland it was too cloudy almost everywhere.
So many people stayed up late, so many people couldn't see a thing.

You predicted the clouds RuYi, remember?
I saw it about an hour before it was in full-eclipse mode. I don't know what button combo you have to press to get into full eclipse mode, though

Yeah I know, but I still had hope that the clouds would magically vanish at 4 am so I could see.
I guess I'll just wait til 2015 when the Red Moon Event returns. *waits*
