Pure Int Build - Need Suggestions

I was wondering if this would be a good build for a Pure Int character(at 90 cap):

90 Lightning(for two lightning attacks, magic buff/speed buff)
90 Force(for vital spot debuffs, extra MP, heals and my personal favorite force spell, the therapy spells cause I tend to have to go AFK a lot, it helps)
60 Ice(for snow shield, physical defense buff)

As for the last 60 points, I don't know which would be better: 60 bicheon(for blocking and fast attacks) or heuksal(for hp and better lightning attacks)

Sorry if I sound like a noob, but I wanna know how helpful this build will be. I made this build based on the level cap raise because I'm retty sure I won't hit level 80 before it happens. Thanks for any responses!

Then 90 Bich, 90 light, 90 Cold, 30 whatever you like is good. Though some say taking cold to 90 isnt actually essential cus 80 cold or eve 70 is decent if you have good gear.
