Okay, now that is out of the way. The thing that really shows people can be really ignorant is the morons (many on this board) who believe that this ACTUALLY happened. I mean, sometimes I am amazed at how stupid people can be.

Next....things such as "good" or "evil" are judgements made by man based on one's own perceived view of the world. Actually, no, strike that. Many of us derive what is "good" or "evil" based on what others tell us. The bible - or God since apparently it's the word of God (don't even get me started on that) - says that thou shalt not kill...correct? Yet, we find many examples of God killing people in the bible..hell, even torturing them. So, I guess because God sets the rules, he can break them since no one can say "Hey! Wait a minute Mr. God, I thought you said 'thou shalt not kill, er something like that?'" well, I guess you COULD say that, but then, god has no one to answer to right, I mean, he's Farking god! So, basically this dude, sits up on a cloud (you'll believe how many people actually believe that) and says "only I'm allowed to kill shit" but of course, he doesn't say shit, because cursing apparently isn't allowed in the bible..I guess they had the word SHIT in arameaic and hebrew back in the day...anyways...only he can kill...so, basically there's this asshole who can kill, cause floods to punish, bring plauges, torture people and on top of all of that, if you're still not up to snuff, he's got this other dude, living in lava down in the earth's core (somehow god made that possible) and he'll really annoy the shit out of you for eternity..god's little helper.

Now, we all have our own basic idea of what a good thing is, or what a bad thing is (evil is just the F word for bad). It's not really good to go around punching people in the face and you know, raping babies. But, why is this not any good? It's not good for many reasons, but primarily, it's derived from the fact that it in no way helps the species sustain itself. Behavior that we consider "immoral" is just our modern way of explaining behavior that can screw up the survival of the species. murdering peopel, yeah don't do that man..everyone starts killing themselves, we're screwed. don't eat those babies man, ****! we need those! but, then religion comes along and starts inventing all these other things that are "good" and "bad". like, I'm supposed to get married in some "holy" matrimony bullshit and only **** one person for the rest of my life. ARe you Farking kidding me? every ounce of my being, and everyone else's - although most are all too pussy to admit it - tells them to **** other people, to flirt with other people, etc. yet, no..no, we must fight it because it's bad.

the students defense is only the counter of what the prof said to him and they both dont have evidence..
no evidence simply a theory where they both beliv in. the student bliv in God but he cannot prove the existence of god... same as the prof when the student explained him the existence of coldness..

wow I enjoyed reading the student and the professor had a very interesting argument.

Imo I believe God exists there are a lot of things we do not know or understand like Dark matter for example we only have theories of what it is or what it does but it dose not mean it is not there and the same thing can be said about God.
