Sorry, just noticed the thread. I like the blue "icey" feel to it. Although I think more could be done. There isn't a realy distinct flow, your bg is going every which way and I don't see a realy established flow. I'm not a big fan of using those effects on the text. I personally like to just keep it more simple. But i'd still bring it closer to the focal. Your render should be blended in a little more, use distortions,smudge, etc... I looks good, just needs some touch ups here and there.
