Combinations of Sigwars/ACteams. You have to use the stock in the OP to make something on a 550x550(max)px canvas, and at the end of 2 weeks, we just vote for whichever is best

08 is the current year. Last year was 07 and the year before that was 06. The next year, after 08, will be 09. If the pattern continues the year after that will be 10.
