Also called to the @home servicedesk and got the same answers...and yes they could actually reach the sites. They are going to fix it asap but they couldnt give me a amount of time it would take before things would be fixed. :cry:
I just need to be patient i guess...

Are you from emmen,or is it just a username? :)

Ontopic: i also mailed to @Home, and they gave me the same story,It's the game providers issue,so they have to resolve it..But since ''Joyless'' does not know where to find theire mail at.....my hopes are decaying... :cry:

I think this dns thing is bull coz i got casema and also the same problem...

Cant connect.. since update, theres no problem with connections or w/e
and changing ur host file dun work either seeing it worked perfectly without the changes in that file before update..... there was nothing in it... before so why add something to it ?

Its the phreeking game and we just have to wait...

That it aint working for now is oke by me, BUT WHAT PHUCKING PISSES ME OF IS that you cant connect to the site and not complain or even just ask whats going on or that they inform you about it, i know its a free game but fawking hell that would be so mature to have the site or forum up so you can post about it and tell your problem or read about it... thats alot of bull.. free w/e but inform people would be the smallest thing ever... theres alot of free to play games out there but atleast they give you info what they are doing or whats going to happen... no they just turn everything off so they see complains.. thats a good thing seeing when game runs oke for all ,they see nice posts or w/e but when its about to suck or having issues they just turn everything off so you cant respond or complain...lol and iam not even gonna start about in game the GM's lol they are just freaking scripts and post a msg when its going down dealing with issues?... no way... but yeah we forgot ITS FREE....

I think just wait and maybe we get a msg what was going on ...(NOT)...

Thankfully we have this site we are a lil informed on whats going on... maybe not the real problem but atleast its closer then the game site it self :) goodjob on that...

Hi all,

U can run SRO again, but you have to do it with Proxifier.
For more detail see topic : How to get silkroad work ( no really ), in this same forum.

Still hope Emmen have right, even with proxifier it sux :shock:

We wait still 1/2 day to play, like @home says.

Dont call @home, cause its useless. I know cause i've worked for @home not so long ago. They hire people that don't know much about computers, they cant even work with there own programmes. They people near the phone are really noobs just like us who don't know how to solved it. Result: we get large phonebills and the prob. still exists.

Mensen @home bellen heeft toch geen zin. De mensen die ze daar achter de telefoon zetten weten bijna niks, die weten net zoveel als jij en ik en vaak zelfs minder van computerprobs.. Ze weten vaak zelfs niet eens hoe ze met hun eigen programmas moeten werken. Ik weet t want ik heb er nog niet zo lang geleden gewerkt. Wat denk ik meer zou helpen is als je ze aan de lijn hebt direct naar een teamleider(dat zijn eiegnlijk de enigen die wel weten hoe dns etc. werkt) vragen of wat iemand van t forum al eerder deed van die mailbommetejes blijven sturen.

This is the message i got from @HOME. But when is BINNENKORT/SOON ???? Why can the update manuel the server??????

People who has payed voor a pet or gold ticket must ask money back from home. Whe have rights!!! If i pay my bill the disconnect me. Only we must wait.

And isn't CASEMA and @HOME not one. The use maybe the same network. So also the same servers.

Waarom kunnen we geen Silkroadonline.net spelen, en waarom kunnen jullie de DNS servers niet handmatig verversen, terwijl alleen jullie, en een zweedse provider dit niet kunnen.
Het lijkt mij een heel onwaarschijnlijk verhaal, en hebben jullie tot zover nog niets ondernomen.
Ik vind erg vreemd, gaarne jullie reactie hierop.

The whole story seems bull to me, and i guess you people didn't anything at all.

Oke i called @ home and they say you must send an e-mail to support@home.nl

I have done it but we need more ppl, send more mails to @home because @ home will see how many mails they have and then they will change it.

I have send one e-mail to klachten@home.nl but not to support@home.nl, because I think that I can play the game in 10 days. I will send that other e-mails a complain too... So now we only can wait... :wink:

ik speel een spel dat silkroadonline heet, maar sinds dat daar onderhoud
aan is geweest kunnen gebruikers van @home dit spel niet meer spelen en
ook de site niet meer openen.

nu heb ik me laten vertellen dat dit iets te maken kan hebben met het
updaten van de DNS-server.

they cant help u when u call i changed somethign in my dns but it still not working, and he dont know it too,

also we still have the same problems
it really makes me crazy i want to play the game :cry:
