Lucky Attribute Vs Lucky Powder ??

Post by Sunaj »

Ok I dont have any time to be searching these forums for this question, so SUE ME

Is the lucky attribute on equipment any luckier than using the lucky powders?

I tried to get my +4 SOS Moon Bow to +5 wasting like 10 astrals so far all using lucky powders. And obviouly all failed since my bow is still +4.

So...some guild mates told me to use a lucky stone....which costs like 6m-7m... I'm not gonna be buying that..

So is Lucky attribute luckier than Lucky powder?

well u lose lucky attribute when the alchemy want to fail or it fails. maybe it wanted to fail to +2 and to +3, but lucky attribute helped u... but it desappears then, so u lost 2 lucky.

I believe lucky stone to be like 2 tries.
First time if it +ing succesfully it doesnt use lucky times
Second time if it +es it uses luck. Or if it fails completley one lucky times is removed

The lucky times doesnt mean, 6times will make it 6x as lucky.

Hope that cleared things up.

Which is why, u still have lucky 4.
from +0 to +1 it worked firs tiem, +1 - +2 and +2 - +3 it worked the second time around, so used 2 lucky times.
Ooh, I got a sexy ex-staff title!

+1

Found a 72 spear with lucky 6. +4'd it and still had lucky 3 on it.

Also, you cant have more than 6 of those special attributes (astral, immortal, lucky, steady) Im basing this off the fact that i get soooooo many steady stones from breaking weapons, that i tried it. Cannot exceed 6.

having lucky attribute + lucky powder means that it'll go through both lucky to get you to succeed in alchemizing double wat little luck you have...so u can succeed and lose lucky attribute, succeed & not lose it, fail & lose it

This is how lucky works:

You try to make your weapon +1, it works, and you're lucky remains, let's say 6.

You try to make your weapon +2 and it works, lucky remains 6.

Now, you try to make it +3, but (you don't see this part) the alchemy fails, then you lose one lucky, and it tries the alchemy again. Success.

You try to make it +4, but it fails, used lucky, but fails yet again.

Now you're back where you started :(
