Your missing the point, just because someone looks like they're botting doesn't mean they are. Just because someone doesn't respond to your whisper doesn't mean they don't see it. You need to know for sure, without doubt that they are botting before you can ban them. If you see someone wearing 1d gear and wielding a 1d weapon, does that mean they are level 1-8? Of course not, they could be level 1-100.

Ofc, no one like to ban on assumption, but it's not hard to identify a bot, and there are many ways.
I can identify bots by just looking at their way of grinding, basing on their speed of picking up items, trajectory to find mob around, etc...

Those are good ways to tell, a couple of those and all you have to check is whether or not they bought silk. What I was getting at is that once you find a bot, you have take video or somthing as "evidence" and then look up whether or not they bought silk, it would a time consuming process. It would not be that easy to clean up the game because the gold bots can have 2 more up in the time it takes you to ban one.

I mean a shop lifter and a criminal can't get judged the same way. A loader maybe 3 day ban and a bot 2 months ban (if Joymax actually did ban) but still like Tasdik said, cheating IS cheating.

Yup people only have to bot because everyone bots. People have to use loader because everyone seems to be using a loader. Circular logic. Means you are part of the problem and not the solution. Aka sheeple.

Temporary banning system should work
1 warning - 3 days
2 warning - 6 days
3 warning - 12 days
etc... each time will double.

Tweak exp and sp requirement coz atm they increase exponentially with the level. Quest completed requirement to level up and wear gear, especially at low level to piss off the gold bots low lvl.

Proof is in that section. Plenty of loader users exposed and banned in there. They get lesser ban than botters but they are still part of the problem.

It is funny to see a hypocrite bemoan botters and talk down to people who tried to fix things but now know better and have rightly given up. I am not going to claim you use a bot or loader. But how can you argue against one while supporting the other and be expecting people to take you seriously. Now before the bot and loader supporters jump in I am not claiming the two actions equivalent. Using a loader is like pissing in our pool. Using a bot is like taking a big foamy diahretic shit in the pool. Frankly I don't care which it is I don't want it in the pool. But if you are comfortable bathing in pee what is some foamy diahrea going to hurt?

These things are not even two sides of the same coin. Same coin. Same side. Just a difference of scale. People who do either one are narcicist and put themselves before others.

You can keep signing pettitions or writing letters till you die. It will change nothing. People complain yet they willingly bend over daily to be raped by joymax etc. Some even pay for it. I can tell you right now a sure fire way of getting joymax to fix things but you will not like it. If everyone who bitched and moaned grew a pair and quit. Joymax would notice for sure if the only ones logging in were the gold bots. 30+ servers of nothing but bots. Joymax would have to do something. Either shut the game down or fix it.

Good luck, you have to have definitive proof that a person is botting or your could end up with a lawsuit, sounds unrealistic but theoritically you could. On top of that, I'm sure joymax won't let you ban anyone that has bought silk unless that player is like hacking the server lol, a lot of goldbots probably bought $5 of silk and the account is good forever.

F'n LOLed. Someone has not read the ToS. There is a clause where it clearly states that "joymax retains the rights to your account and your account may be terminated at any time without notice for any reason." I'm paraphrasing here, but you understand the implications: You have no rights on this game. They provide a free service. You may purchase additional virtual goods for a better experience. The ToS is written in such a way to protect Joymax and prevent players from suing. I could see it in court now.
Judge: "Did you read the ToS?"
Judge: "If you did it should have been obvious that the company retains the right to terminate your account at any time."
