you just got a shitload of bullshit data being sent to a tiny GM team 24/7/365
lets say theres 20,000 players per server, we know theres way mroe then that in each.
10 servers,
10 x 20,000 = 200,000 individual streams of data, differing from 5 minutes play "ah i logged in! but its tyoo laggy, i'll try later" to a 24/7 botter. constantly moving, constantly recording packets from each individual player.
it doesnt log all data. its like this.
real time analyzer acts like a packet sniffer, only it sniffs locations.
you have a list of 20 locations and therefore 20 sniffers (faster than having one sniffer run through an array of 20 locations)
1 - sniffer1 is looking for users at 4568 by 1302 known bot cordinate
2- player X is detected there.
3- sniffer1 adds this data to the database
"player X at 4568 by 1302"
4 - sniffer2 is looking for users at 3589 by 1602 known bot cordinate.
5 - sniffer2 detects player Y there.
6 - sniffer2 adds this data to the database
"player Y at 3589 by 1602"
7 - sniffer2 detects player X there.
8 - sniffer2 adds this data to the database
"player X at 3589 by 1602"
now with 20 sniffers, you have the analyzer (not a person an application) say if player has more than 15 bot cordinates, flag. that list of flagged accounts is then sent to GMs. combine that with reports from other players and other dection methods.

thats bullshit, i owed SuicideGrl 14 mil on the event where we got special id cards and black devil suits, i grinded 18 hours straight and earnt that money back. 18 freakin hours.
"im sorry if someone grinds 10 hours a day every day. something just might be wrong."
read the part that says EVERY DAY. i said just might be wrong. the trick isnt to use one method of test. but to collect and cross check data and only present the best to GMs.
