anyone know how to fix it thus far without modding the codes in teh sro folder?

before you click on "start", click on "option", then click on the right arrow for "graphic quality" until you get the "not change" option. click "ok" then "start". however, if you make any changes on the settings ingame, the wind effect disappears again.

If you try to edit your Settings in-game.. then you would re-activate the bug.

naa i dont do anything all my settings are the way they were before
That I don't know... if only JM didnt leave the last option which is about the wind effect empty.
