In my locker, and every first break it became a threepack, and the second lunch break it became a 0 pack.

you do realise that beer in cans in the 2nd worst container for it.

1) Kegs: Nothing beats beer from a keg.
2) A glass: Preferably from a glass bottle, because your collar will be easier to get right. not to mention is has the correct contents opposed to a can which is bigger.
3) Glass bottles: the next best thing and better than cans any day
4) Cans: They weigh less, and that's about the only advantage.
5) Plastic bottles: I have no idea what loony invented this, but it's even worse than cans.

take it from a 3th year uni pe student: just go to a gym, get yourself checked, let them make you a program and stick to it. Do not overdo yourself, and keep going. all the equipment i seen presented here can help, but are clearly inferior to just going to a gym or doing sport (some equipment are plain as retarded imo, others are pritty good)

Do not expect to see any results within the first couple weeks, generaly, if you start working out from scratch, the first 6 weeks you get improvement only by optimising the nerves in your muscle and from/to your muscles.

train at 40-60% of your maximum, depending on what you realy want. (however, the guys at the gym with your goals should already taken care of a full program) Training on lower then 40% won't do much

! DO BACK EXCERCISES ! it is foolish to do only abdominal excercises and disregarding your backmuscles. When doing this, i can garantee you that you'll be out of the game in a couple weeks due to back ache. your trunk must have a ratio in muscle strenght AND endurance (about 1:0.8 back-front). Neclecting your long deep back muscles will get you out of balance, increase the pressure on your discs => high chance on hernia...

reason why you go to a gym is simple: they have good material there, can make a good program, etc. Don't use all the commercial bs: every muscle has its optimal corner in witch they operate best/strongest. with all those equipment you are limited to the lowest power your muscle can pull off. at the gym, they have specialy designed "kidney" pulleys, they enable you to train on the maximum strenght of your muscle during the entire excercise



oh, and best of all: join a sport club, meet new ppl, do some excercise while having fun. (probably won't go as fast as in the gym, but a lot more fun to do) oh and don't forget, some sports use more abdominal muscles then others......

It's hard not to call you out every single time I read something different about you. Never understood what a '6 pack' really was, best I've had would be what I call a 3 pack. Easy way (for me) was just to go out on the lake and row a boat a couple times a week during the summer. Take yer fishing gear but leave the beers behind. When I was a kid, we would do situps with a friend dropping a medicine ball on our tummy. Too much fun (then) but well... no thanks.

OR --- you could just wait for the Iron Man Halloween Suit that will be on the shelves this October.
