Milk in the Morning

Post by emperor3000 »

So hey people, it seems that when i drink milk in the morning, i kinda get all bubbly on my stomach.

Like then, i get all gassy and stuff.

Is it me, or the milk.

Since, the milk does make me get gassy, and then later i gotta go and blast one.

So, is it me or the milk that im getting gassy.

I've also heard from people, that the milk makes you go and blast one. Something like milk stimulating your poopers down there and trying to get them out.

Note:the milk is 2% fat, or low fat. Since school doesn't have the vitamin d milk i drink and love

I have milk every morning and that doesn't happen to me. Try other things to drink and if it doesn't happen then you have your answer.

I'm thinking it's probably the burritos you eat every morning.

lol, whenever i eat burritos, nachos with beans, it don't make me wanna go, oh and Chili dogs, chili

for me, the beans doesn't make me gassy, its gotta be the other stuff, like fish sauce for example.

I had the same problem. I stopped drinking milk and eating dairy products in the morning, and eat/drink them at night instead. That's why most of the time I have cereal as a night time snack - I don't get to eat it for breakfast.

Yes - same here.

Reason why that is BECAUSE milk protect your tummy. Its like how you pour milk over a balloon and it become sticky. Yr internal stomach is the same as a balloon. In Korea, before they drink their rice wine, everyone young and old drink a glass of milk to avoid stomach pain. So why does it hurt and gassy and make you wanna go do no.2? Its because in the morning your tummy has nothing except the acid that eat up the food, the left over acid that still trying to digest food mix up with the milk = bad idea indigestion w/e.

I'm no doctor, but if you like milk in the morning, you gotta eat something first than drink milk. Not the entire glass, maybe half a glass of milk. Let your stomach digest food first before drink.

Go see your doctor. Or buy some of those lactose intolerant pills from a pharmacy.
Its really common nowadays.

I'm not Lactose Intolerant, if i was, i would of contacted my doctor about it.

But Marjin_Boo pretty answered my question on why i feel as though needing to go to do my poopers in the morning.
