how to buy euro helmet

hello i know its kinda noob to ask this but i cant seem to find any
other way to find wat im lookin for :? wat i want is a degree 3
(steel) heavy armored european helmet i looked in the merchant and all
he sells is crowns and i have been lookin for people to sell one i know
how to look in the stall network for people selling them and i havent
found it, also i waited a long time and looked every day but alas...
no luck :( is there a way for me to buy a helmet without buying it from a
player and im not talkin about the stupid crown :banghead:

p.s. ill worship u if u help me out :oops:

Go in samarkand and press F and search for one there.
