my chars Phy. Balance is 108% is that normal his only lvl 57

108% means you have a fairly pimped set which is a good thing. With just a few more str on it you could break 110, with even more str you could reach 115%

if you get your phs bal or magic balance over 100%
you get bonus, (but i cant remember what kind of bonus)

So over 100% is very good

Uhm...You don't get a bonus, you just do more damage then when you would have 98% balance for instance.
