Hybrid Wiz

Is this any good cause wiz already hit like twice the opponents hp at 3x and with a little def they would own. I am making one to weild the lvl32 sos staff i got and its mainly gonna be for CTF so I was wondering your idea on this build.

well i had a 2:1 hybrid wiz till lvl 30 then i quit it, and i can tell you that its not very good, since i got owned alot even with my extra str and i dont hit high enough to kill a mob my own lvl with lc. wizards are damage dealers, you would think they would do better as a hybrid but they really dont.

I know tons of hybrid wiz in my server but with 90% + Mag balance, they are awesome clerics but with wizard its.....meh it's not so bad. In my opinion it's just not worth it, stay pure int.

if you can find good euro parties a lot, go pure
if not, go hybrid

If its just for CTF, mabye make a rogue instead, at least you have the benifit of being pure str then, and can get easy kills on the other teams ints or weaker str, other rogues for example or badly geared glaivers.

No its cause I got a SOS staff drop (lvl 32) so I thought of making a wiz

Then prolly worth it to go pure int, just dont have LC on all the time and know when to retreat and I guess you wont die TO much
