HP/MP Bars above people's heads

I know this was probably asked dozens of times, but I have yet to find them. So does anyone mind explaining to me how you can set up HP/MP bars above your heads???

Ok here how u do it
1) Press ESC
2) go to the setting tab
3) in the indicate name box scroll down put a check on self condition.
4) click confirm
5) Press ESC again to [X] out the small option window
