when i try to use the skill "teleport" it moves me back not forward xD,think it's a bug

Teleport teleports you where your mouse pointer is.

Don't use your mouse to click the skill - it moves you towards the last place your cursor was - down/behind you at your skillbar.
Instead, put the teleport skill in your skillbar or on your mouse hotkey. Put your cursor where you want to go and push the skill button. Presto, you teleport in the direction you want to go.
