Can't create character.

Ok, I have no problems logging into the game or anything. It's a fresh install of the client, updated fine. The problem is on the character select screen there are no buttons there at all. No exit button and no create button.

I have updated my driver's, reinstalled the client and tried restarting my pc.. nothing helps. Please if anyone knows how to help, please do.
