Fire Main, Light Sub Nuker?

Hey guys, whats happening? Yea me again, n00b nuker... I figure the best place to ask questions is here, youg uys seem to answer them pretty well... so here we go... What is teh deal with main/sub force skills... I guess it means main is higher mastery level then sub? if thats the case when do I slack off on the light mastery? Should I keep my fire/light masterys up until later or what? I realize its gonna be a long time until I have to worry about it but its just good to know... Also something else... I was all hardcore shield when I made teh character but I didn't realize till recently how nice spear is in PvE, maybe sword/shield for PvP? I donno, what do you guys think? Also... I had a nuker tell me to stop with my sword skills or spear skills at 30 and focus on force? What do you guys think? Im just trying to figure this stuff out... Play teh best nuker I can... alof of people (because of SP reasons) choose 1 main and 1 sub. most nukers i've seen have gone high fire, or high light.

IMO you only need 2 nukes.. which is why alot of people use fire2 and 3. alof of people also use fire2 and light2 as mains. it really depends on you. if you had the sp, get as many as you want.

go ahead and use spear in pve if you want, its a common tactic. spear (higher dmg) means grind = faster and more efficient.

duno about the force thing though. maybe he wanted res? lol. i find that nukers (full int) die too much to really be ressers (i die all the fking time lol), and the MP bonus is well... kind of pointless. (for nukers), but hey whatever floats your boat.

I didn't mean the actualy force tree, I meant like force skills in general, IE: Fire/Lightning...

well

my plan is 90fire/90ligthtning/60ice/60heuksal

now im obviously not gonna bring em all up at the same time.

so what i'd say for u is.

if ur sp farming at lvl 16. then sp farm lol

when u start lvling. keep ur fire/lightning closest to ur lvl (depending whether u farmed or not). and slowly bring up ice/heuksal. what many people do is get their heuksal to lvl20. and then leave it there for a while. they keep fire/lightning 0~4 lvl under them and ice they bring up slowly. then they bring lightning to lvl 50 (so they can get lvl 2 lightning nuke). and concentrate on fire.

the point is. there really is no "sub" or "main" untill the higher lvls. on ur route there, u bring up everything slowly (depending on ur choices/sp supply/levelling speed/etc). hope that made sense and wasnt a rant. lol.

depends. just as i said. it can be a "sub" by just being 5 lvls lower than u or 25 lvls lower.

and yes. im getting ice for the buffs/defense. and maybe the nuke to fool around with =)
