To start this quest i need to find an npc called bupgong. Does anyone know where he is?

hihih not so bad, some walking to exercise

Btw that quest is pretty s*ity.... i suggest you take it with friends in a share party...i dropped my nachal talismat for lile 10 min in a party like that, a friend of mine fought for over 3 weeks to get it...
And be hurry on the way out- you got only 15 min
