total noob here, character advice please

in mmorpgs i ALWAYS pick archer/hunters first. they are always the most exp to start out with but for pvp they are the best

however in this game i want to go melee. The question is do i go sword or blade. What is the difference really. I want to be good at pvp and good for pvm if thats even possible. I was gona go pure fire with pure str or something like that, but i was wondering which weapon. What is better blade or sword, could i get pro and con of each please ^_^

if u want be good in pvp i guess:
str fire blade but they have low damage high defence, but blader cant kill other str builder, it can but take time, blader is tanker
str fire glaiver high damage high hp, really good at pvp
str fire bow high crit damage, str bow can kill pure int in one shot

always use fire for str!!! but its just me its your choice

pure int kill mobs really fast, high damage but low hp, they were good at pvp to... but it depend into how u play int / str build in pvp...needs tactic ^^

sword & spear is for int people
blade & glaive is for str people

bow can go both way's

Read some of the guides in the Characters skills section, there's three blade guides I think..
