I saw this in hotan and i couldn't figure what dress it was...

What's the name of it and when did JM sell it?
I asked her too:
"me, -hey what's that dress?"
"her, -GM item"
"me, -whoot?"

It's proppably been around for a long while, only that i havnen't noticed it before... ^_^
