China Hybrid Question(s)

I'm slowly building one on the side, and I'm having a hard time deciding Mastery Wise. With 90 cap I'm not sure what route to go with them. I usually heard the 90 90 90 30 theory which personally I dont see all that much use of the 30 mastery. However now I hear some saying stuff like 90 90 70 50....and all these other combos, I'm curious what would some recommend and what reason why for example fire would still be useful at 70 or why light isnt worth getting 90, etc.

I play a heavy hybrid. Usually S/S however I'm starting to leaning trying Spear again for this character. I planned to do Bicheon/Light/Ice, however there are lots of bonuses to having Fire which while I could survive without them if I could come up with a good build to get it to work in I would. I like having dual Imbue, Light/Ice dependant on situation. Would like to hear people's ideas/opinions or direct me to a topic which deals with this, thats fine too. Too many topics made in here that I find it hard to find some times. Thanks.

i got a 4:1 Spear and im going 90 fire spear 60 light and ice
theres not a huge differ in 60 light to 90 ice. as a heavy hybrid u need fire and weapon skills
