get on a server with euro parties, get to a commonly partied monster, open a gap and farm. simple as that.

Well first thing is first, dont get so flustered. This forum holds a ton of information, but you need a push in the right direction. so here is a link to a calculator that will let you pick your skills you want to lvl and give you at the end how much actually skill points it will cost to get all those skills you want.
