Can anyone tell me where i can find Slave Shifle so i can start on the Shaur Horns quest, i goggle and cant find anywhere saying where he is, also nearly died a few times looking in Beak Peek for him, thx..

He's on the west side of Beak Peak, where the road circling the peak meets with the road that heads down into the Goats and Antelopes.
