Universal Pill bug?

I don't know if anybody else has been having this bug, but when I buy Medium Universal Pills from the Herbalist I can't use them. Silkroad says like 'Unable to use selected item', even when I'm not talking to an NPC. And then when I restart Silkroad, it shows up that I've bought large universal pills instead of medium =S I've tried restarting silkroad and the same keeps happening

No, I'm getting charged for large pills too. I tried buying large pills and I ended up buying Purification Pills and I lost about 1 mill gold out of it -_-
