which color mobs drop quest items faster & which don't drop?

i noticed that blue mobs don't drop quest items

Red: Most Exp per Kill. Low Exp per second. Low Drop Rate.
Orange: Low Exp per second. High Exp per kill. Low Drop Rate.
White: Medium Exp per second. Medium Exp per kill. Medium Drop Rate.
Green: Low Exp per kill. Most exp per second. Highest Drop Rate.
Blue. Lowest/Lowest/Lowest.
