Need some serious help!

Really I need help. I don't know what to do now?

Here's the deal: I got a lvl 61 Glavier. Not so bad eh... I never SP farmed so my skills are terrible:

Heuksal: 60
Fire: 52
Lightning: 44
Cold: 13

All the buffs aren't up to date too.

So what do I need to do?:

Level up too 69 to lvl with a 9 gap or make a 9 gap when I'm 64 or something else maybe?

Get a good weapon (and set if you can) farm yeti then do the shakram quest, move to the caves and do all the quests there depending on the your gap you should get some nice SXP. Party up quest that need quest bags the others mite be better solo (e.g kill 500 of a mob).

If your pure STR you don't really need cold unless you want snow shield
