If i connect to my xbox via FTP would i be able to transfer a game to the harddrive and play it without modchip or stuffs? My friend gave me a copy of Burnout Revenge but its burnt copy and I wanna know if i can play it without mod chip

No. You cannot.
You need a modded xbox to do so. But, xbox is the worst of the three biggest consoles to mod, cause Microsoft is kinda good at finding out you did.
