Wii because you will have an amazing experience instead of playing it with a boring controller

Wii
Except for the sword waggle the motion controls are really good and you don't have to 'charge' your spin attack, just move the nunchuck. Imo TP is the worst Zelda I've ever played, excluding CDi, but saying that it's still a good game.

I have it for the Wii. Only Zelda game I've played since Ocarina of Time and Majora's Mask. Game's on the same level as them quality-wise, but it seemed less difficult for some reason. Definitely still good though.
Apparently the only difference between the Wii and Gamecube versions is they're mirrored graphically. Like Link is a right handed swordsman on the Wii, and the entire game is flipped over so east = west vs the Gamecube. Nothing you'll notice, but that's it as far as differences.
Anyway you can't beat aiming weapons with the wiimote, and like Nuklear said the combat is done well.

Ocerina of time was awesome, if you liked it you should try master quest o.o same thing only 10 times harder @ the temples..
imo TP is a great game aswell though ...
you got to love how you can push ppl away with your shield as if it is your nunchuck, gameplay is really good imo...

Re: LoZ Twilight princess
I played both and I must saw they both are very very good games(like all legend of zelda games) but I think you should get the TP one I am currently playing it.
I am on the last part of it and it has not disappointed me once.
