So i'm playing Gunz and I keep getting owned
Why?
I fire shot after shot at someone then they fire 5 shots and i'm dead???
what am I donig wrong?

Pretty hard to tell what exactly your opponent is doing because of the vague details but my guess is you could possibly be playing a player that knows k-style. You could either learn how to counter alot of the kstyle moves (tip: you may want to aim at someone's feet if they're using butterfly) or spend the hours learning k-style itself.

It's crazy like everyone seems to do 2x the dmg i do and have 2x the hp I have
like every match I'll only get like 3 kills....while other people get 40+

exactly. a lot of hacks and cheats in almost every other game room. well this was the case 3-4 months ago. dont know now.

i played gunz for over 2 years now and i guess i am one of those you call "cheaters". There are various style in Gunz, K-style, D-style(dagger, its more than just walking around stabbing), Kodachi's style (2 handed sword, alittle different from 1 hand), and normal E-style(Typical stand and shoot + timing + bomb mining). So i guess K-style is widely use and i use it also. It simply a glitch/bug that the developer didn't realized but it become part of this game and it also what made this game fun. Knowing k-style allow u to switch wep fast and able to move really fast around any enemy and finish off real quick, and it give a typical player hard time aiming at them. The reason thing that keep me playing this game is dueling 1 vs 1 with other k-style, other than that it just plain pointless. It took me 1-2 month to learn basic k-style, 2-3 more month to perfect + advance style, so it took me around 6 month to perfect my k-style and there are still pro-er person than me to challenge around. Learn k-style, if u have hacker just look for pserver, i also dont' play ijji cause i rather get prems for free.

k style is just a mixture of movement allow u to improve in everthing, just look around vids in youtube and practice it urself, over time u will get it. Don't expect to be pro the next day

theres also a new "Monk-Style", dunno much about it, but the most widely used one is K/Korean-Style

now, they mechanics really arent glitches, and some of the moves were actually thought out before the game was made(very little, almost insignificant number of moves)

now, Korean style is extremely difficult to fully master, but getting the hang of fundamentals is quite easy. Butterfly, THE most useful and elementary move, consists of a jump, dash, slash, block all in one continous string. When u get the hang of that, a vast amount of options become available.

basic K-style moves is say the swapshot, which u take 2 shotguns and fire, switch, fire, switch is its essentially a semi-automatic shotgun. Theres also a wall climb where u jump off the wall, slash, dash back to the wall, jump, slash etc. This allows for a quick climb

those are some elementary moves, and there are a lot more to learn

The best move to kill an opponent is use your sword or dagger and right click to make them fall to the fall and then use your gun and shoot them while they are still on the floor. By the way, if I were you, I would quit. You get banned from the game after you pass level 80. That means you can't play anymore if you are about to level to 81.

GunZ is awesome, ive played it 4 like 3-4 months now. Im lvl 41, but mostly ive used hacks when doing quest bosses its fastest xp. I dont know anything like k-style or something like that i just run around blocking, dashing and shooting randomly, but im still often within the few best in the room
