Bug?

Not sure if anyone else is getting this but everytime i get teleported places this pops up.

if you go into options you can go to game or somethign and turn them notifications off ,

everyone else on your server gets it...it'll disappear only when joymax wants it to

It's been there since day 1, thought it would be gone after lv40 or lv60, but no.
