Can Someone Help With 2 Problems I face in Uranus?

Hi first timer here, so please forgive me if I posted it in the wrong section. I am just starting to play SRO and I got into Uranus realm. I don't know it is due to a bug or not but all my characters cannot use the portal scroll. The message says "cannot perform the requested action". Whenever I create a new char he/she can initially use the scroll but once he/she got to lvl 8 or 9 then the portal stops working. Is it a common bug? Can anyone give me advice on how to solve it? Should I create a new ID?

At first I didn't have much problem with the teleport bug since I could afford a cheap horse when I needed it. However, due to a lag, my lvl 17 character "Konata" is now stuck in a wall next to adventurer Flora in Jangan. Since people can't duel me and I can't use the portal scroll due to the above mentioned bug, my character seems doomed. Where should I get help to unstuck the character?

most likly a quest u are doing doesnt allow u to use scrolls to teleport to town.

When you reach level 17-18 there are some quests, that ask you to transport certain items to some guys. If you have those quests active then you cannot use your return scroll.

yea, its either you finish that quest (it maybe the "deliver medicine to the ferry/port guy" forgot what it is), or just click on "abandon quest" if you really need to port back to town. but since you say you are stuck, well just log-out then log back in and (if server traffic permits that is) you should be fine. welcome to SRF btw...

Thank you so much! I indeed have a delivery quest that I have been putting off for a while. That must be it.
