No, they should rejoin the large legit union thats already been setup - Epic. Union leadership should be granted to someone who actively and frequently looks to invite legit players and guilds. Someone who does care about what everyone has to say, and looks to find peaceful solutions so the spiral-spiritus connection doesn't happen again.

I heard topdog left with a lot of people to Athens.. so the union might not be so big anymore? I don't know for sure.
