password works in game... not on website

Ok, my problem is that my password will let me log into the game, but not on to silkroadonline.net. My brother found a way of logging in even with non-"small english letter or numer" characters by typing "javascript.srloginform.submit();" into the address bar and clicking go when the fields are filled, but when I tried this method, it tells me that my password "does not matched".

I have tried to change my password, but my security question also has non small english letters, and i don't know how to get around that because the login field is not a javascript like the other one.

ps: i've tried internet explorer and firefox on several computers, getting the same error, and i've left several messages with joymax with no response.
