Does anyone know who he is? Today he was running around ong hills in samarkand with earth thief, killing low lvls and saying that "plvl isn't legit"

I believe that kid has some serious issues...

They global it that they are 0x33 and that they recruit 0x33 players. a few of them even have it in their grant names as well.
