Get Rid of This Symbol !

Hi, how can I get rid of this symbol on the right side of my screen?
if I click it, Guardian Matching window appears.
But is there an option to turn it off?
I want to put my shortcuts there, but that ! symbol is in the way.

Not sure, but I think it goes away once you hit level 40 or something...

Join an academy
Hit lvl 40
