if you take 80 ice go garment. You can kick ass. If not go Protector but armor is sucky cause you lack defense so a nuke with armor will do alot of damage.

i dunno i would go armor even with 80 ice your spear if you were s/s garment could be ok but since spear protector would be a definite but if you dont like that just go with armor mag def shouldnt be too much of a worry with fanning spear

Go protector, like i said in another topic: unless your garments are pimp* (SUN), the pure str will manhandle you.

Yeah good choice on sticking with armor, because if not you would actually lose a lot of phys defense and die a lot from pure Str

If you're a pure int spear, it doesnt matter what your defense choices are, armor prot or garms you cant tank without snow shield up. Armor prot or garms, you can tank (a reasonable number of opponents) with snow shield up. Go with what you're comfortable with.
