Building new character

Since my character has been hacked Im building a new pure INT. Im thinking about being sword, fire and light nuker. My friend told me to lvl to 10 leaving 9 lvl gap than keep lvling without putting any SP in lvling skills then do the usually, at lvl 16 get SOS bow and SP farm at stronghold. Anything else I am missing?

u missing 2 Million in ur storage. LOL. coz i have same conditon. And without an excellent weapon u going to be stuck in lvl 16 forever with a lvl 9 gap

Doh, if he already have 16lvl sos bow.. But you can farm without sos weapon too, killing are just some longer.
